If you can get about eight people together, an on-site offering will be just about as economical as a public workshop. PMLEADER also keeps waiting lists of individuals and small groups who would like to be combined with others to create a workshop of people form two or three companies. This is especially true of the PMP Exam Prep and Essentials workshops.
