Certifications

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP®) CERTIFICATION

The PMP Certification is awarded by the Project Management Institute® (PMI), the world's largest association of project managers. PMLEADER provides a two-day PMP Exam Preparation workshop to assist people in project management who wish to obtain this certification. To obtain PMP Certification, candidates must:

  1. Document at least three years of project management experience.
  2. Document at least 35 hours of unspecified project management training.
  3. Pass one 200-item multiple-choice exam, with a score of at least 68.5%.

EAGLE CERTIFICATION

The EAGLE Certification is awarded by PMLEADER, one of PMI's Charter Registered Education Providers. To obtain EAGLE Certification, candidates must:

  1. Complete a comprehensive, 70-hour project management training program (five two-day sessions) designed to practice and assess core project management competencies.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in over a dozen different skill areas, including planning, analysis, group facilitation, problem solving, negotiation and execution.
  3. Pass five written assessments consisting of 40 open-ended questions (total of 200 points), with scores of at least 80%.

Companies may purchase a license for the entire, five-course Eagle Certification program. Program includes train-the-trainer sessions and reproduction rights for all training materials. For more information, email lee@pmleader.com.
