Analytical Skills for Project Management

SUMMARY

The ability to analyze project requirements and other information enhances a project team's chances of meeting project customer needs in the most efficient way and with the fewest number of changes. Basic statistical and financial savvy allow team members to understand the benefits, costs and risks inherent in each decision. This workshop allows you to practice various analytical skills and solidify your ability to communicate with people who want to know about the project from many perspectives.
